A person who plans to establish a start-up business qualified in the item of C of D-8 Corporate Investment - You can participate in the OASIS programs, or apply for intellectual property rights or business establishment etc. |

A person who meets the qualifications stated in the 「Higher Education Act」, and plans to engage in education or research·guidance of the professional field at educational institutions of higher than the college level or any of the equivalents |

A person who plans to engage in profitable activities such as music, fine arts, and literature, or professional acting, or professional entertainment activities in accordance with the Public Performance Act |
