Status of Stay	Eligible applicants or activities allowed
Fishing ship crew E-10-2	A person who is a seafarer assistant and has signed a seafarer labor contract of 6 months or more with an employer engaging in a business (operating fishing vessel of 20 tons or heavier) in accordance with the Regulation on Fixed net Fishery and Inshore Fishery using Motor Vessel
Manufacturing E-9-1	A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and plans to work in a manufacture business
Construction E-9-2	A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and plans to work in construction industry
Agriculture E-9-3	A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and plans to work in agriculture or livestock industry
Fishery E-9-4	A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and works in coastalㆍinshore fishery, sea farming, sea salt farming industry etc.
Service E-9-5	A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and works in construction waste processing, cold storage, collection ＆ sales of reusable material or press publishing industries etc.
Household assistant of diplomat F-1-21	A person who plans to work for a member of a diplomatic office in Korea as a household assistant
Household assistant of big investor F-1-22	A person who plans to work for a heavy investor as a household assistant under contract with him/her
Household assistant of high-tech investor F-1-23	A person who plans to work for an advanced technology investor as a household assistant under contract with him/her
Household assistant of professional F-1-24	A person who plans to work for a sojourner of an outstanding specialist as a household assistant under contract with him/her
